December 8, 1977 (14th Post): Inner conflicts as we try to make the best of a bad marriage.

December 8, 1977 (13th Post): We see our imperfections daily. Scripture tells us to compare ourselves with God, not men so we are continually humbled by our imperfections.

December 8, 1977 (12th Post): We invite friends to enjoy the 5 pound duck my mom gave us as a going away present. We roasted it outdoors near a stream and waterfall.

December 8, 1977 (11th Post): Christians are most intolerant of those who believe Jesus is the Son of God but not God the Son. I recall visits by my parents, Cindy’s parents and my sister (babies bring people together!) and our trip to Cape St. Mary’s Bird Sanctuary north of St. John’s, Newfoundland.

December 8, 1977 (10th Post): Religious people prefer the recognition of men over obedience to God because their focus and values are in the visible world.

December 8, 1977 (9th Post): Renewing our minds through non-conformity to this world’s ways. Achieving an abiding oneness in Christ.
